Membership shall be open to European importers of steel stranded ropes and cables which are not related to EU producers, subject to the approval of the applicant by simple majority (hereinafter "the majority") of the Members of the Association.
Every application for admission shall imply that the applicant accepts the Statutes of the association, the application of the rules laid down, and the execution of decisions made in proper form by the association.
Companies with locations in several member states shall be considered as one member
